- Confirm your booth size, position and bump-in times with the organiser.
- Read the exhibitor manual for height limits and power.
- Book parking or loading dock access. City venues fill up fast.
2 weeks out
- Finalise artwork for banners, flyers and table covers.
- Order giveaways and business cards.
- Plan how you'll capture leads: form, QR code or tablet.
The week before
- Check your old banners. Faded or damaged stands look worse than none.
- Forgot something? A trade show pull up banner can still be printed same-day.
- Pack your kit: tape, cable ties, power board, chargers, water, snacks.
On the day
- Arrive early for bump-in, and put banners at the edge of the booth facing the aisle.
- Stand, don't sit. Smile and say hello within the first few seconds.
After the show
- Follow up leads within 48 hours.
- Roll banners back into their bags so they're ready for next time.
